Stairlift In Tipperary. February 2019
Our stairlift installer PJ, fitted a stairlift in Tipperary two weeks ago. The stairlift allowed the user to ascend his stairs with ease and comfort. The customer was beginning to struggle with making his way up and down the stairs. So he got in touch to install a stairlift to help him using the stairs in his home in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.
The customer was in touch with our sales team looking for information about the different styles of stairlifts we provide for straight stairs and how we go through the order from start to finish. Our sales team put them in contact with their Area Representative for stairlifts in Tipperary, Tom O’Dwyer, who called to the users home for a free no obligation assessment. Tom and the user spoke about the different needs he wanted the stairlift to meet and they then went through the different styles that were suitable for his home while also meeting his requirements. One of the customers’ needs was that he wanted his new stairlift to be neat and discrete on the stairs, allowing other people to use the stairs when the stairlift is not in order. The Simplity Plus 2000 comes with a sliding track feature that differs from a traditional stairlift. These sliding tracks move with the chair up the stairs which stops it from blocking a doorway or taking up room at the bottom of the stairs when the chair is at the top, this also works the same way at the top, as the chair moves down, the track moves with it.
The
Handicare Simplicity Plus is suitable to both straight and curved staircases and the heavy-duty track caters for a weight capacity of up to 19st. This stylish stairlift comes in three colours, a light grey, gunmetal or brown with a sand coloured, wipe clean seat. It has a powered seat which will turn for you and help you into a standing position. When the stairlift is not in use, the seat and footrest can be folded up to make it discrete for others to access the stairs. The
Simplicity Plus stairlift comes with a pair of remote controls to allow the chair to be parked at either the top or the bottom of the stairs and you can move it to your desired level which is convenient for multiple users. This stairlift also comes with a safety feature for obstacles meaning if it meets an obstruction on the stairs, it will automatically stop until the obstacle is removed.
The customer had shopped around for a stairlift that would suit their needs at an affordable price but also needed it to be slim to ensure other people could access the stairs when the stair lift was not in use. He chose Beechfield Stairlifts due to our outstanding customer service and the expert advice and knowledge we offered regarding choosing the best stairlift for his needs. Once the customer decided to use us for the supply and fit of their stairlift in Tipperary, Tom put our skillful stair lift installation team member on the case and they had the Simplicity Plus fitted in less than half a day. Once the stairlift was installed by PJ, he gave the customer a demonstration on how to use it. The customer expressed his excitement for to be able to use the stairs with such ease.
