The staff of Beechfield were very helpful and informative. I had to get a stairlift for my parents, which I didn’t know anything about. The lady was extremely helpful and explained everything clearly over the phone on our first enquiry. We live in Waterford so this saved us an initial trip to Laois. She spent a lot of time explaining everything and was very patient. We had been sent people to survey our home and also to install the stairlift. Tom did the survey to choose which stairlift is best etc and he really included both myself and my parents in the decision making. We had PJ come to install it and again he was extremely helpful and made my parents feel comfortable and confident with using the stairlift. Very professional service. Would recommend.

I wouldn’t be without my Stairlift, it has made a huge difference to my quality of life. I was really happy with the service I received, it was professional and friendly. All the people I dealt with from the office staff to the installers went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met and that I was totally happy. We had a stair lift installed today. The item was delivered on time and on the day promised. The technican, arrived after calling ahead and got to work. Little or no fuss on the install. The unit was installed in a few hours. All the packaging etc was taken away to be recycled. Your technician then took my mum, a lady of 80, through all the operations of the unit. He explained it in a way even the most untechnical person could understand. After taking my mum for a test ride all was well. I would be happy to recommend to any protential buyer of these units. We got exactly what we ordered. The price was comparable to other companies but I feel we got a great service. The unit itself is compact, it fits well on our stair. There is ample room for a person to walk past it. I would happily do busines with Beechfield in the future.
